Job Description


Support the recruitment process by assisting in posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates.

Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation and training are completed.

Maintain up-to-date and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Assist in payroll processing, ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time, and handle any payroll-related queries.

Coordinate employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, ensuring employees have access to necessary resources.

Plan and organize employee engagement activities, including training sessions, workshops, and team-building events to foster professional development and morale.

Provide general HR support by responding to employee inquiries and resolving any issues related to workplace policies or concerns.



Job Requirements


Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.

Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.

Fluency in English.
